The Panettone – Italian type sweet breads, originally from Milan, and usually enjoyed around the holidays. It combines the moistness of cake with the texture of a particularly delicate bread. Pull a pierce a part and the strands come apart like candy floss.

This version is our take on the more traditional version – we’ve filled it with candied cranberries, oranges, and more! Festively topped with sweet dusting to carry you through the merry holidays!
